Spent the day making a batch of seasonal ale, and it is currently fermenting quite nicely. I’m really excited for this batch because its my first seasonal as well as my first ‘from scratch’ recipe. Thanks to everyone who came to help yesterday and lend a hand, especially Chad who brought the chiller, never considered how handy those could be until yesterday.
Yeast starter is doing its thing quite nicely. I’m brewing an Imperial IPA this weekend. Using a special recipe I made on my own, this should be interesting.
